Cooper Realty was started by Marc's grandmother in Baltimore, Maryland in 1984.  Marc and Janet Cooper opened Cooper Realty in Houston in 1988 as homes were being foreclosed.  They specialized in HUD and VA forclosures working with many first time homebuyers.  Naturally their expertise is in foreclosures.  Marc and Janet work with real estate investors all around the United States. 

Marc and Janet work with the whole spectrum of buyers from 1st timers to seasoned investors.  Bottom line is that they work hard to find the best deals for their valued clients.
